The LA Original Edition URB-E Series is a testament to Los Angeles design, engineering, and ingenuity. Featuring custom artwork of iconic landmarks such as the Griffith Observatory, Santa Monica Pier, LA Skyline, and the Colorado Street Bridge, the LA Original Edition URB-E series captures the creative legacy of Los Angeles through a one of kind foldable electric vehicle that connects you with the creativity and destinations that fuel the city.
All proceeds from the LA Original program received by the Mayor's Fund for Los Angeles will go to supporting the Downtown Women’s Center’s “Made by DWC” program that teaches job training and maker skills to women transitioning out of homelessness.
The LA Original Edition URB-E series is designed by Co-Founder Grant Delgatty, professor of industrial design at ArtCenter College of Design and former Director of Design for Vans shoes from 2001-2008, and engineered by Co-Founder Sven Etzelsberger, former lead engineer at Porsche, Saleen, and Fisker.
Built on our ultra lightweight compact chassis with upgraded suspension and acceleration power, URB-E Sport GT speeds through cities and easily folds up to fit on a crowded subway, bus, or in the back of an UBER .
With race car inspired pushrod suspension system and performance speed controller programmed in-house, the new URB-E Sport GT delivers comfort and torque that you can feel.
An added front vertical kickstand gives URB-E Sport GT the ability to turn into a shopping cart, making trips to the grocery store a breeze.
The new Eddy power source also comes standard in URB-E Sport GT.
