How is the URB-E made?Quality is the name of the game. Each URB-E is built by hand in the USA with SAPA 6061 T6 extruded aircraft-grade aluminum for the frame, and the highest quality materials throughout. Our products are designed and engineered to provide you with the most durable, most efficient, most adaptable micro-mobility options on the market.

How portable is the URB-E?Very! URB-E collapses easily and quickly. In its folded size, it's small enough to fit comfortably on a train or bus, in the trunk of your car or back of your truck, closet, office, hallway, or anywhere else you can imagine.

How do you charge the URB-E?You can charge your URB-E almost anywhere! URB-Es charge with standard 110V/220V wall outlets, and a charger comes included with every URB-E purchase. (An empty-to-full charge takes about 4 hours max).

Where can I ride my URB-E?Laws regarding electric bikes and scooters vary by country, state and city, and it is the customer’s responsibility to be aware of any relevant regulations. We always recommend our customers comply with the law when using our products. We also recommend our customers prioritize safety when riding.

Do I need a driver's license, insurance or registration to buy an URB-E?Nope! According to US federal regulations, URB-E is categorize as a low-speed electric bicycle and does not require a license. We always encourage you to be as safe as possible while riding any vehicle.

Does URB-E offer B2B fleet services?Yes! If you're interested in renting a fleet of URB-Es, please reach out to us. Our fleet service includes maintenance plans and can be tailored to your company's needs.

Does URB-E have a rental program?Along with B2B Fleet Rentals, we currently offer a student rental program at the University of Southern California. We are grateful for USC's partnership and are proud to provide a safe and in-demand on-campus transit solution. USC also has custom infrastructure to better support their community of URB-E riders, including charging stations and an on-campus Mobility Hub.

How fast? How far? How long to charge?The URB-E Pro / Pro GT can go up to 18 mph and travel 20 miles on a single charge. The URB-E Sport / Sport GT can go up to 14 mph and travel 16 miles on a single charge. URB-E batteries take about 4 hours max to charge from low to full.

How much does the URB-E Weigh?URB-Es are engineered for maximum durability and minimum weight, allowing you to easily move, carry, and store them. The URB-E Pro / Pro GT weights about 35 lbs. The Sport / Sport GT weighs 30 lbs.

What is tire and inner tube size?The URB-E Pro / Pro GT has 10" tires and inner tubes. This is a common tire size among scooters and other motor bikes. The Sport tires are solid and can never go flat.

Is there a warranty on my purchase?Of course! Our priority is quality, which is why at URB-E we proudly offer 1 year limited warranties on all URB-E vehicle purchases.

What tools are used to service URB-Es?2.5, 3, 4, 5 and 6 mm allen keys, 17 and 18 mm openend wrench, torque wrench, rotor truing fork, motorcycle tires spoons, tire pressure gauge, multimeter, WD-40 lubricant, workbench to work on tires, small screwdriver, small pick & hook tools.

Are parts exclusive from URB-E?It depends! URB-E designed products like batteries and chargers and parts to our pattented folding mechanisms can only be purchased through URB-E, while more common parts like tires can be sourced elsewhere. Keep in mind that we can only guaruntee the quality of the parts and products we provide.

How much do repairs cost?It depends on the repair! Labor is $50.00 per hour plus $25.00 for initial inspection.

How much do parts cost?Inner tubes cost $15.99, Pro tires $29.99, caliper $23.99, brake cable $23.99, brake rotor (disk) $19.99, and when available, Sport / Classic 8 inch tires cost $49.99.

What batteries does my taillight take?CR2032 batteries (you'll need two) can be purchased most anywhere that sells batteries.

Where do I buy an innertube or tire?Inner Tubes and Tires can be purchased from the accessories page on this website. Sometimes we do run out, though, and while we can only guaruntee the quality of the parts and products we provide, alternatives can be found at other retailers.
