NPR just featured our lightweight electric scooter on their website calling it “vital, affordable forms of transportation that alleviate congestion.” The article does a great job of explaining to readers that we are not trying to replace cars, but to complement cars and increase efficiency and sustainability. Electric cars are great to help out our environment, but they do little to alleviate the increasing traffic problems that we are seeing all across America. “The point of these vehicles is what transportation people call the “last mile” — think the trip to the grocery store or from the commuter train station home.
